This class has made me think very intentionally about collaboration and how race affects these interactions. I try to enter into collaborations trying to offer the best intentions and assumptions possible. The best way to overcome issues is to acknowledge and celebrate the colors of our communities. This does, sometimes, require a bit of work and learning. Here are a few resources that have helped me.
